I moved this article to be more in line with normal practice. I can't believe many people will identify him easily from his full name. Deb 16:52 May 8, 2003 (UTC)
I agree. It's better under John Snow (cricketer). Tannin
I have removed whole poems from the article as I believe they are an infringement of copyright. Material published in the 1970s is still copyrighted by the author. Unless someone can prove that the text has been released it to the public domain, we cannot use entire poems. Extracts can be quoted, but only a limited amount to avoid stepping into the territory of copyright infringement. Nev1 (talk) 22:18, 17 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
This was a horrendous article that had mostly been concocted out of comments made in the subject's autobiography, instead of by finding facts in more objective sources. I have considerably reduced the number of "Snow 1976" citations, but it has also been necessary to increase the number of "citation needed" tags. Part of the problem is the lack of a good biography, unless someone is aware of one. I no longer have the time to work on it and I'm moving on. Good luck to anyone who decides to pick it up, but I think I can say it's in much better shape now than it was a few days ago. 92.31.4.56 (talk) 15:15, 19 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
